The following will be used in these cases :
(a) After a shoot & pull job and prior to p.o.o.h.
(b) To control & cure losses before a workover,
before pulling completion string in case string is not parted or has holes in it,
or when pulling an E.S.P. pump out of hole

Mixing Procedure for Temperature 290°F to 305°F

Allow Pill to agitate for 10-15 mns prior to pumping downhole.
If CaCl2 is used, add 3-5 ppb extra of Thermasal-B thru hopper.
The Pill will be displaced downhole using Thixsal-Ultra being minimum 5bbls ahead and 10 bbls behind using 6 ppb concentration in H2O.
Polytex AHT is used for temp over 300°F and up to 335°F.
The Bridgesal-Ultra temp limitation is 335°F. If correct formula is used.

Pill volume normally needed is:
½ to 1 barrel per foot of open perfs + volume to fill inside the casing from plug back total depth up to +/- 100 to above top open perforation .

Note: Old wells may require up to 2 bbls/foot  to insure sealing.

Thixsal-Ultra Viscous Carrier Fluid Mixing Procedure

Clean up pit and fix any leak of water to pit.
Place required volume of water {produced or kharita} in the pit and add the required Defoam-2.
Add Thixsal-ultra vis standard mix hopper at the rate of 3-5 mns / 50 lbs sack allowing the polymer to yield .

Preparation for the carrier fluid 5 bbls ahead and 10 bbls behind to avoid contamination, thinning or roping of above pill .
