Description
The Bi-Differential Pressure Sub Assembly is utilized in
achieving an under balance between the tubing and casing
.
Advantages
Economical, Simple, Safe, and Reliable
Can be run in conjunction with all firing heads
(15,000 psi) rating from above and below Minimum
Maximum surge potential
Full opening after rupture
Pressure test tubing from above & Packer setting
Operation
The Bi-Differential Pressure Sub Assembly can be used
with any and all Firing Heads. The ceramic disk isolates
the I.D. of the tubing from fluid entering the tubing.
The same disk holds pressure from above and act as a plug.
The disks can be ruptured with the drop bar. Differential
Pressure Sub Assembly should be run a minimum of 30°
above the firing head to allow for the slick line to work
in a static condition if it becomes necessary.
